A prerequisite for printing from ticketdirect is that the Acrobat Reader program is installed in at least version 5.0.
Printing must be done on white DIN A4 paper.
The "Draft" quality must not be used for the set print quality.
Tickets printed on inkjet printers are sensitive to moisture (smudging of the barcode), so it is essential to protect the ticket from moisture.
Tickets can be printed in both color and black and white.
Alternatively, you can also have the ticket ready on your mobile device at the entrance.
