Why was i charged reminder fees from Klarna?

Reminder fees apply when Klarna has not received your payment by the payment deadline. This is indicated on the payment information and in the app. Reminder fees also apply if you have paid less than the minimum amount indicated or your transfer could not be allocated.

Therefore, when making the transfer, please only specify the reason for payment as stated on the invoice.
