oeticket is not the promoter of the events offered and is therefore not liable for the refund of ticket monies. However, we endeavor to the best of our knowledge to ensure the security of ticket monies and therefore usually apply the following procedure.
In the event of cancellation, provided that a refund via oeticket is legally and financially possible and the organizer has instructed us to process the refund, you will be refunded the corresponding amount excluding any fees (e.g. shipping costs, service fees).

The corresponding amount will be credited to the payment method you used when booking.
For payments with a voucher, we ask you to provide your account details (name of bank, IBAN and BIC) It is not necessary to return the tickets.
The tickets were purchased at one of our oeticket centers:
Please return the tickets to the respective oeticket Center, you will receive the amount paid out in cash or credited to your account.
The tickets were purchased at an oeticket outlet (tobacconists, media markets, other places that sell our tickets).
Please return the tickets to the respective place of purchase.
