In order to make the processing of your order as transparent as possible, you can check the status of your order at the login area.
After you have logged in with your user name and password, you will find the item "My orders". Here you will find an overview of your last orders and you can view the current processing status. You will find an overview of the order date, payment type, order status and shipping/deposit option.
