Our seating chart booking offers you the opportunity to buy your desired tickets for many events.
To do this, first click on ‘seating plan’ in the selected event.
You will now see the seating plan for the event. The position of the stage is also shown here. Please click on the area where you would like to sit. You will then see a detailed view in which you can select the seats by clicking on them. If you select one (or more) seats, they will be outlined in black. Your selection will be displayed on the right-hand side - one below the other.
Selected events have the new panorama view. As soon as you have selected your seats, the panorama view option will appear. Click on it to open the photo view of the hall. By clicking on the arrows at the bottom of the screen, you can change the viewing angle and see the position of your seat in the hall and your viewing direction to the stage. To exit the panorama view, please click on ‘x’ in the top right-hand corner. If you want to change your seat again, you can delete individual seats from the selection by clicking on the ‘x’ in the top right-hand corner above the selected seat. And then - as described above - make your selection again.
You can also select any discounts here. Please click on the down arrow. Please select the appropriate discount for each individual seat. By clicking on it, this selection will be accepted.
Once you have made your selection, click on the shopping basket button. You can check your selection again in the shopping basket.
To book seats from different price categories (colour-coded), please first add the tickets from one seat category to the shopping basket and then open the seating chart again.
