You can add a Mobile Ticket or ticketdirect to your Wallet app if the promoter has activated it for your booked event.
If the Wallet connection is possible, you will find a button "Add to Wallet" directly in your order confirmation. You can also add your tickets to Wallet in your customer account by calling up your orders and opening the order details. There you will also find the button "Download Wallet Ticket".
