The event has been cancelled - is this covered by insurance?

Due to the insurance conditions (as of March 2019), cancellations and postponements of events are explicitly not covered by the insurance benefits. However, the insurance will reimburse you for the cost of purchased tickets if you are prevented from attending your booked event due to illness, for example. The insurance can also only be taken out at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, this is not possible afterwards.
