The final price consists of the ticket price printed on the ticket*, the service fee (including any pre-reservation fees) per ticket and the delivery method of your choice.
No service fee applies to tickets priced at under EUR 10. For tickets priced at EUR 10.01 or more, a service fee of EUR 1.50 applies; for tickets priced at EUR 25.01 or more, a service charge of EUR 3.00 is already included in the total ticket price shown in the shopping basket.
*In order to offer a big selection of events to our customers, we also act as an provider respectively agent for tickets of different ticket systems or distributors. Therefore, for some events, the price printed on the ticket does not correspond to the actual ticket price. In other cases, the promoter doesn’t want the fees to be printed on the tickets. Please note that in this case, the price printed on the tickets will be the ticket price without fees.
