Which payment options are available?

You have the possibility to choose from the following payment methods, dependent upon the event and the period of order, in the oeticket Webshop:

CREDIT CARD
Your credit card will be debited with the open amount.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Buyer and credit card owner need to be the same person. Purchases without matching data may be cancelled even without prior notification (amount will automatically be refunded, ticket reservation will expire)


PREPAYMENT only for telephone order
The complete amount needs to be paid within ONE WEEK free of costs for payee into our account. NOTE: In case we receive the amount not within the requested time on our account we can not guarantee to keep up your reservation.

ONLINE-BANKING
If you have an internet banking account in Austria, you can pay for your tickets with online banking in a way that is absolutely secure and convenient for you - directly via your bank's internet banking application. We work with three providers here, which may be available in different ways depending on the promoter:
•  Sofort Überweisung
•  EPS Online Banking
•  Direct bank transfer

PayPal
Payment is done via PayPal. The total amount of your order will be withdrawn from your account.

Klarna
If you choose the Klarna payment method, you have two options:
• Purchase on account
• Payment by installments
